The structural frame is constitued of reinforced concrete with concrete and masonry floors. The plywood pitch roof has a profile enriched by a wide variety of dormer windows. The residential units are medium and large sized: from two-bedrooms up to 2700 sq.ft. luxury flats.

This residential estate consists of two buildings. Tha main one is a two-storeyed building. The second is a small building housing a single residential unit. The overall volume comes to 105930 cube ft. for a total of 13 residential units. The apartments on the groud floor are provided with a private access and a garden. Before the renovation, the building was a hotel. The building project required a complete reorganization and reallocation of the internal spaces and the extension of the basement to include a 22 garages and a ramp for the access.
